Cost-Effective follows the story of Walter Bloom, a corrupt businessman. Who launders money for drug organizations. During his monthly session with his latest companion/lady of the night (Samantha Ross) accompanies him to his place of business. Where Veteran hit-man Teddy Wright & bumbling nephew, hit-man in training Maurice, dispatched by Walters partners wait. Undetected, with Walters hired muscle, a donut obsessed security guard and Samantha caught in the middle.
